1. Complete a New User sign-up on our website
2. Send us a copy of your credit report (with all three scores) confirming that you have a 660 minimum middle credit score
3. You will immediately be pre-approved if your middle score is 660 or better
4. Request Funding Letter to accompany offer (if needed)
5. Submit a loan application online on our website (no charge)
6. Inspection of property with Territory Director (no charge)
7. EDC will order an appraisal on the property
8. Close on Property
